Welcome to Classy You. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. About Our Products
We specialize in surplus, overrun, and excess inventory apparel sourced through our suppliers. Where stated, products may be genuine branded items originating from excess production, cancelled orders, or surplus stock.
Some products may have their original brand tags, price tags, wash labels, or identifying labels removed, clipped, or marked by the supplier before reaching us. This is common in surplus inventory and does not affect the wearability or intended use of the garment unless specifically stated otherwise.
Classy You is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer of any brand featured on our page.
All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products being offered.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and measurements are accurate, but minor errors or omissions may occur. If a material error is discovered, we may correct it, update the listing, or cancel the order and issue a refund if payment has already been received.
2. Product Condition
Unless otherwise mentioned, all products are brand new and unworn.
Because surplus inventory may come from different production batches, minor differences in packaging, tags, stitching, finishing, fabric texture, or shade may occur and are not considered defects.
Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. Accessories, styling props, or background items shown in images are not included unless specifically stated.
Any item marked as damaged, imperfect, or clearance will be sold as described, and the stated condition will form part of the product description.
3. Sizing
Measurements and sizes are provided to assist customers. Please review the size information carefully before placing your order.
Sizing may vary between brands, styles, and batches. Classy You does not guarantee a perfect fit, and returns will not be accepted solely because an item does not fit as expected where the size chart and product description were provided accurately.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering.
4. Orders
Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and verified.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, incomplete or inaccurate customer information, payment issues, or violation of these Terms.
We may limit quantities per customer, cancel duplicate orders, or request additional verification before dispatch.
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, a refund will be issued for the amount paid for the cancelled item(s), subject to applicable payment gateway processing timelines.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact details and a complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges caused by incorrect information, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to respond to courier attempts.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices shown at the time of order placement will apply to that order unless there is a clear pricing error. If a pricing error is identified before dispatch, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Any applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other fees will be communicated at checkout or before order confirmation where required.
6. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within the stated processing time, subject to stock availability and verification of payment.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by courier partners and are beyond our control. Delays caused by weather, courier operations, strikes, public holidays, network disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Classy You.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for being available to receive the parcel. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal, or non-collection, any re-shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
Risk of loss passes in accordance with applicable law and, where permitted, upon successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, all sales are final.
Items marked clearance, final sale, or sold at special discount are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by law or if the wrong item was delivered.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
● An incorrect item has been delivered.
● The item has significant manufacturing damage or a material defect that was not disclosed prior to purchase.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and, where requested, an unedited unboxing video showing the issue. This helps us verify claims and resolve them fairly.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received, with all original packaging and tags, where applicable. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not be accepted.
Requests that do not meet these requirements may be declined, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
If a return or exchange is approved, the item must be sent back only after receiving confirmation from us. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defect confirmed by us, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after inspection and approval, subject to payment provider timelines.
8. Intellectual Property
All photographs, videos, designs, graphics, text, and other content published by Classy You are our intellectual property unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on our page remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and descriptive purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Classy You shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products or services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall be limited to the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law, including rights relating to defective goods, misleading descriptions, or other non-excludable protections.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other rights available under applicable law.

We shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, government action, labour disputes, transport disruptions, courier failures, internet outages, or similar events.
